Admission Criteria for various Class

Age Eligibility (at the time of entrance)

Admission will be granted to candidates only if they will be in the age criteria mentioned below :-

A Child is admitted to class Pre-Nursery, if he/she has completed the age of 2½+years in April of relevant year. The application for admission must be accompanied by a birth certificate issued by appropriate municipal comtt. authority. For admission to a higher class, a transfer certificate from the school last attended would suffice, provided the said school is recognised by an appropriate authority.

Date of birth once entered in school records can not be altered under any circumstances and Registration/Admission for a particular class for which a Student seeks admission depends on the basis of certain Optimum Norms/Criterias following Entrance Test. 1. Physical Fitness 2. Medical/Oral Calibracy 3. Academic Test. The management reserves the absolute right to accept/reject the admission to the School.

The parents who want their child to get admitted in the school, have to get the admission form available in school office, In Senior Secondary classes, parents must accompany their child at the time of admission and sign the undertaking regarding general discipline of their ward in school premises.

Admission in class XI will be provisional and is finalized after the declaration of Board Result. After the result, eligible candidates have to submit their Class X Mark Sheet within 15 days from the date of declaration of result. Otherwise the admission will be cancelled.

The pupil will be examined by the Progress Report Card of the previous class passed or he will have to attend the entrance test according to the instruction of the principal for suitable classes (in Classes XI and XII, the students will have to qualify the minimum % of marks for opting desired streams as follows :-

Science : 55% and Above Commerce : 50% and above Arts : 45% and above
